Is this a die crack or lamination error and what would be the appreciated value of it and Should I send it to be graded because it's in really good condition the error to the side I think this is a pretty pristine coin especially for being 45+ years old and considering I got this as change from a gas station cashier.

I don't believe it's a die crack. Given the photos posted, it could be a hit which caused cladding to rupture, or it could be a minor clad exfoliation. In either case, it's my opinion that there's no added value. A rabid Ike dollar collector might give $1.50 to $2.50 for the coin. I'd suggest not sending the coin in to a 3rd party grading service for attribution and grading--just my opinion. Always fun to get an Ike in change. Others will be along to comment.

Yeah I thought something may have struck it post mint but I dont see any signs really of a scratch or wear Eisenhower's 2 neck lines can still be seen very few like dollars I seen that actually have both neck lines on them still and also what is a clad exfoliation and shouldn't the coin inside start to degrade or corrode or something if it's been open for a long time

Most likely the Ike hasn't been used all that much, thus no extreme wear on it. I agree 3rd party grading is not the way to go. The grading fees would cost you much more than the coin is worth. Keep it or share it with kid who would get a thrill having and keeping it (then in 40 years asking us here about it).

Looks incuse, which means damage to the coin. If it were a die crack, on the die there would be an incuse void, on the coin that area would be raised. Not seeing that on your coin.

It does have a void but it's really small so you cant see it with the naked eye. Basically when I look at it with a 10x loop it looks like there was an earthquake and it split the ground open and it is raised from the surface a little bit it actually looks like I can pry a chunk of the clad layer off

It does appear to be a tiny lamination to me, it would also be kind of a strange spot on the coin to have two contact marks like that. Definitely not worth grading either way and most likely no premium, I have found a few tiny lamination errors over the last few weeks after I discovered what to look for.
