to the CCF I agree, you can see where the metal has been pushed from the right side after taking a hit. Your second picture clearly shows that.

First, welcome to CCF. Second, your close-up pics are well above average. As mentioned by @mrw and @jimmy though the number 2 in the date has been damaged--not a mint error.

Nice example of a (lateral) hit which moved metal. Would like to see full, large and sharp images to determine if there's evidence of other lateral hits out near the rim.

Uncommonly great pics for a newbie. Much appreciated here. Not sure I agree with consensus above. I'm certainly NOT convinced it is PMD -- I think the mint is entirely plausible place for this to have occurred. Something may well have deflected the force of the strike into the that digit. A tiny shard of metal may have wedged itself into the die, for example. After all, the Denver mint churned out more than six BILLION pennies in 1982. That's six billion strikes of the press. That said, not every mishap at the mint manifests into value. It is almost certainly unique, and unlikely to accrue any premium like die errors do when they replicate across a number of coins.

well, the 2 is PMD, but even if from the mint not worth anymore, But how come nobody looking at the D/D, I clearly see a D peaking out left side of D, could it just be the light shining or something?

Well first off it is a nice large date coin, and the 2 took a healthy hit to flatten out half of it. AS for the D, I see what you are looking at, but I think that it is a trick of the lighting, I think it is just a reflection.
