Need some help, I am trying to figure out if this is a copy of 1DR-001 on 1999D. What do you think?

Noticed the dots on your coin and the one on coppercoins, but the dots are not common, but on a few of them:
1999-D-Coppercoins-1-DR-001?
Coppercoins listing a bit vague on this variety:

Even doubting on the box above the first image. So I'm not seeing this as something to look for right now.
