Please advise! I am trying to determine if this is a lamination or Struck through. Thanks! *** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

It looks like a lamination issue. The thickness of the lamination varied in thickness like a lamination. If the LIB area is weak, then it was a lamination that was attached for a while that folded over for a time and they peeled off in one chunk. Note on the folded over area, you can see where the lamination was dimpled (L) on the folded over area. (NE) Interesting example, but if you had it in BU, the value would be a lot higher.

Very cool,it almost looks like there is an inscription inside to the left but that wouldn't be possible on a lam so I'm probably just seeing Patterns that are not actually there lol. What's the word everyone uses for that? Seeing something that's not really there.

Yep,
We see ex-foliations on this coin. Material seem to be porous.
I am jealous that COOP took over my specialty, but with pleasure.
Yes the coin have the ex-lamination specs, but one thing I see:
Seem to be also a struck through. Magnify the lamination. This was happened on the begin of the strike planchet.
