Queen Anne was the monarch during the VIGO bay campaign in 1702 when the Spanish Plate Fleet was robbed by English and Dutch priates and the silver became coins including more shillings of Anne! Your coin is the post Union Coinage of Scotland and England, being an early coin of Great Britain. You can notice this with the conjoined English and Scottish shields. Feliz Compre anos as well!
