2018 D & 2019 D Shield Cent Defective Copper Plating

gorham_collector Valued Member United States 426 Posts	Posted 12/21/2021 7:46 pm From my shield cent error collection. Found the 2018 D & 2019D in brand new denver rolls of each date. The 2018 D is affected on the obverse and reverse while the 2019 D is only affected on the obverse. Very cool I do have a 2020 as well that is extreme as well. Very cool error curious to as how the copper plated is affected before the strike to come out like this. Report this Post to the Staff
