I use JPG images and many times I have to convert them by making a screen shot and then save them to the new format to be able to edit them on my program. The estimation was that 5 coins in 200 had MD, which mean 2.5% by lot of 200. In this hypothesis on 1 mill coins we will have 25 K MD coins which confirm COOP. I thing him say hub and not die, it is a difference. We have two die: hammer and anvil which are installed in the hub (machine or press, take any name, same).
