Old look to it, no high grade, however I noticed the gunk on the reverse, definitely doesn't look like a mint error, right above the N on one, that glue or what ever it is seems to separate a bit. Not sure what kind of flaw it could be but it looks like a lip of the coin like a double strike almost? Idk what do you think?

I agree--looks much more like dried glue to me.

Not a double strike or any other type of error.
It is just glue that should come off after an acetone soak.
Maybe someone had glued it on to something.

If you can see through it, it is Elmer's glue. If you can see through it, it's an epoxy slurry on the coin. Not a mint error. An altered surface error, making it just a face value coin (but a wheat coin). No need to try to remove it, (probably wouldn't come off anyway) but the two carbon spots on the obverse keeps it from being any coin of future interest.
