On mark, turns it into a cull coin. (face value only coin. Art-sie would be a "Bert" cent But to a true collector, it is just a damaged coin. Report this Post to the Staff

This was intentionally done to create some look on the coin, not a hammer smash. There is no way the value of the coin is 1 cent, although probably still in the dollar range. But no one was talking about its value, just the interesting design. No need to trash talk coins others find interesting. And I agree with the astronomical interpretation, as that seems to be what they were going for here. Report this Post to the Staff
