That is not an error. It is caused by Die Deterioration.

Die deterioration, zinc rot and very typical, not weird. no mint errors, sorry.

and I agree, not an error or variety.I also think I see Ridge Ring,aka a worn die. In future posts, please post in focus pics and crop photos properly before posting...thanks.

That is pretty weird, especially the letters IN. Unfortunately it is just the result of being struck by tired dies as noted above.

Just a normal coin displaying a Ridge Ring from an overused die, but keep hunting! Real errors are hard to find, but it's very satisfying when you finally get one!
