Post strike damage, me thinks--very interesting. Not a feeder finger matter. Others will weigh-in. Would love to see the coin in-hand.

definitely not Feeder Finger Damage. for one, the marks from a damaged feeder finger will only show on the field and not the devices.

This coin looks like it was hit by a hammer and a dull chisel

Feeder Finger Damage is raised on the fields. On your coin, the areas are incuse. So they are not a die issue, but a coin issue. Damaged.
