Needing help in identifying a 1999 Penny I had received back through a self checkout at a store. There's an M or 3 that is on the reverse behind where the A in AMERICA is missing an what looks like a C on the obverse on Lincolns bust. Any ideas what coin it could be? A lot of idiots say it's damaged but they can't explain why there an M mintmark of some sort under the A in America.
