the 00(O) have average strikes. if anything the breast is a tad light. looks like its missing some luster on the cheek which imo keeps it from 65. eye appeal quite nice and surface preservation is good. I have it at MS64. if all the luster is on the cheek then 65

Gorgeous coin there ... Possibly a MS-65 there. You could also check to see if it is an O/CC, which it might be according to the reverse. I see some nice die cracks on the reverse also.

Nice luster, but some chatter on the neck that might be obscured. I'd say a solid MS-64. (But not an O/CC)

Certainly no lower than MS64, and up to MS65+ would not surprise at all. Just a bit too much obv chatter for MS66. The cheek is in great shape and two of four obverse mirrors are nearly contact free. The reverse is gorgeous.
