2021 Loon Dollar - New Doubled Die Obverse Discovery

JohnWayne007 Pillar of the Community Canada 1186 Posts	Posted 01/22/2022 12:02 am Grabbed a box of loonies from the bank this morning and while looking for examples showing progression in a die crack I came across a couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon this doubled die obverse. Although it is not major, it is genuine nonetheless as I have a few examples with this same doubled design on nickels and dimes from prior years. As much as I would love to supply full coin photos I am only working with my microscope at the moment and do not have a camera to do so, for now. I have now found several identical examples and in fairly high grades with plenty of cartwheel luster.
