I think we need more photos both side and focus. You have the coin not us in the hands. What I see from your photos we have a die clash rotation at aprox. 65 deg. the both sides is required for this coin.

Full, large and sharp pics needed of both sides. May be a deliberate vise job--simply can't determine until better photos are provided. Thanks.

 to the CCF Looks like a vise job as some of the memorial appears incuse. Please show photos of both sides instead of two of the same side. It would classed as damage with no extra value.

Agree with vise job, the devices are also backwards. Clear photos of obverse and reverse would help determine for sure

You can see the deep edge of the rim on your coin. Obvious clue it was transferred from another coin. As already mentioned. PSD to the coin.

Deliberate damage, most likely a vise job. No premium, spend it if you can.
