coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 01/26/2022 10:58 am Well the VDB is incuse on the coin. So it can't be a filled with grease issue. (Because it is raised on the die) But die polishing can remove the VDB off the die. So then the VDB can be removed from the die, and thus VDB doesn't show on the coins struck by that die until the Die is retired. Report this Post to the Staff
