Looks like there is still luster. I don't see any wear on the reverse. The obverse is hard to judge if the hair above the forehead is wear or just a weak strike. I'll go a little higher and call it MS-60 mainly because of the deep hit on the cheek and other chatter. One that needs to be observed in hand for any break in cartwheel luster.

After studying the photos, AU55 seems about right.

There is chatter on both sides, but I don't see a lot of circulation wear. Criss-curls on the face still sharp. Breast feathers on reverse still evident. I'll go MS-60.

The photos are hard to judge with the lighting, I can comfortably say its atleast AU55

I don't think I am seeing any circulation wear from these photos either. If there are no luster breaks, MS-60

Definite luster loss IMO and light wear on reverse high points. Enough detail for AU-55 probably. The marks on Liberty's face hurt eye appeal.
