I Found This Blank Planchet In A Box Of Wheat Cents

gsp193 Pillar of the Community United States 975 Posts	Posted 02/11/2022 11:02 pm I found this, what appears to be a blank planchet, in a box with only wheat cents. It weighs 2.76 gms and is .9 mm thick and is non magnetic. Looking at one side it looks like circular lathe lines but I dont see them on the other side. But the other side, when looking at it at a slight angle, looks like a faint bust or could be Pareidolia on my part. What do you all think? A cent someone turned down or something else.
