Here is my favorite find in my treasure hunting over the weekend. This has been graded 60 from ICG. It was cleaned by them also. It's hard to see, but this has a beautiful coloring to it on the obverse and reverse. It's like a rainbow coloring from the red and brown. Should I send it off to have it graded by PCGS?

Full, large and sharp images would be of benefit. Thanks.

Because of the change over of the designs that year, a lot of these were save in nice condition. Thus the reason there are so many nice looking 1909 cents.

These are better, and they show the rainbow toning. That's what made me buy it. It's a pretty coin, I think.
Rest in Peace

Nice looking coin though I do not see the rainbow . MS-62-63BN . Not worth for a regrade .

Images still not large enough to see surface details clearly.

I do 'it and is no trace of what is rainbow. The photos hide well the VDB so I can not confirm is genuine. The OP show some toning and all come from same direction, with normal color. I am sorry but not have at the hand and rainbow coin for this period.

Not sure I understand the motivation for asking (complete strangers their) opinions on an action you are taking.

Sounds like this should be a personal decision.

And I'm not sure why you posted that . Every member has the right to ask if their coin can be sent in for grading . We are not strangers here we are family .

I just started collecting coins and there are many things I do not know, which is why I joined this forum.

The decision to resubmit for grading is ultimately mine, but it helps to get opinions, thoughts from others. So far, no one is encouraging me to go spend more money for regrading, which I appreciate.

So if you want to offer any advice, suggestion, I'm open. Otherwise, would you please mind your own business? I'm not a young kid and won't be influenced easily.

As to the nice members who are helping me out, Thank you.

I have seen a beautiful coin on HA that had a rainbow coloring. My phone images are not doing it justice. In the lighted showcase where I found it, the colors were so pretty.

Definitely not worth the cost of grading.
