RUS looks like it is Machine Doubling on the left side of the devices. 955 on the date is also showing Machine Doubling. Machine Doubling affects the outside/inside edges of devices. A doubled die will show a spread/enlarging on the centers of the devices. Same on Liberty on the left side of the devices more Machine Doubling. Across a coin if you see the same event going on, it is the direction of push of Machine Doubling:

That is Machine Doubling. It is cause by a loose machine part. A doubled die is created on a die and alters the hub process. enlarging devices on the die.

Even on a doubled die, Machine Doubling can alter the coin right after the strike. That is Machine Doubling.

Note the enlarged devices, that is a doubled die. Now note the yellow arrows, that is Machine Doubling on a doubled die.
A doubled die is enlarged devices on the die:

Note the devices are enlarged on the die, creating a coin with the doubled devices.
