What would this be? Lamination or Strike Through? Thanks for the clarification.

It looks like a struck through to me but better pictures would help. It could be a small delamination.

It appears to be a folded lamination from another coin that was struck onto this coin, then fall away after the strike event.

I could lean toward a strike through.

That's an explanation of a stuck through error. It could be struck through a delamination piece, or anything else but that is the probable cause. A fun find either way. Now if it was struck through a piece from a delamination and you had both errors that match it could make it more collectable.
