That is definitely a DDR and none listed anywhere. Very nice find! If you can, get a nice clear pic of "EPU", E PLURIBUS UNUM, it may be distorted looking, like I was describing in your 1995 post.
EPU distortion will show better if you back it off a bit, those pics are really close. That's nice distortion on LB though, not uncommon to be just those initials though.
Nice find. One to be on the look out for. On your coin there is some Machine Doubling on the tops of the EPU, but it is still a DDR. Other examples of this die would not have this Machine Doubling on that area. Looks like no one has it listed yet. Time to submit it the sites. See if they are interested first. Send them images of you find.
