1974 Quarter Mintmark Issue - Coin Community Forum

Justlearning New Member United States 21 Posts	Posted 02/21/2022 1:28 pm Hello, I found what appears to be possibly a proof strike 1974 Quarter. It is very shiny. The mintmark seems to be to overstruck or perhaps double struck. Wondering if anyone agrees. Thanks for taking a look. Report this Post to the Staff

I'm not so sure on the RPM though. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/21/2022 2:06 pm Just damage on the mintmark. The overall size is normal. If it were a RPM, it would be even larger. Also the damage is incuse. A RPM would be raised and show a second punching. Report this Post to the Staff
