Given the photos posted, I'm seeing a modestly circulated '64 dime with subtle toning--with perhaps a touch of Die Deterioration Doubling (if light reflection isn't causing pseudo doubling). Not seeing evidence of the dime being a special mint set coin. Please show us where you see doubling.

Just a normal circulated dime. No chance that it is a sms dime.
