Thank you, my apologies, it was a bigger sharper image before it uploaded, I'm not familiar with this forum yet. It's not glue, the metal in the "olive branch?" And some of the arrow heads are distorted and the metal around the distortion has a kind of "struck thru" resemblance but I haven't seen any other Kennedy half dollars with this type of error. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before?

Just glue on the coin. The devices that area larger and shorter in height is a Struck Through Grease error.

Put it into a bath of PURE acetone and this will likely dissolve. Acetone cannot hurt the coin and will not alter the metal. So this is not what the hobby calls "cleaning" a coin. It will not harm value.

Bukskynr, Very nice photos  It might be a type of epoxy, and acetone will not remove that. John1
