Just sharing with you guys some scarce and sought after coins in the Capped Bust Dime series from my collection. 1809 - first year of issue. Only variety for the year. 1811/09 - obverse struck with a modified 1809. Only variety for the year. 1814 JR-5, STATESOFAMERICA variety. Five varieties known for this year. 1822 - a very scarce date in the series. Again, only one variety for this year. 1824 1828 - variety JR-2 with large date. Two varieties known for this year. As you can see, the grades and conditions are what you would call 'collector grades' and not encapsulated, as is most of my collection. My apologies for the poor photos - very difficult for me to take group shots with my camera.

Wow! Super cool!! Scarce indeed, these are very hard to find in decent shape with an affordable price tag, in my experience. Thank you for sharing!

Super group of coins! That 1814 looks a lot better than it did in your group shot!
