Yea they are from the same year 2022 but how could it be in a different spot then ? And the same effect?

Unless it is something wrong on the collar. But if it were a break off on the collar, it would be raised? Or the collar rotated? Or happened on two different dies from the same year? Let's have Mike look at this?

As others have said, an interruption of the design rim would indicate something obstructing the die's rim gutter.
Error coin writer and researcher.
