I have discovered a proof struck 1985 Roosevelt dime with a p mint mark. The coins edges have a 90 degree angle from the face to the coin edge. Did they strike proof coins? And did coin sets in 1985 come with philedelphia and denver mint mark proof strikes from san fransico. Thanks all for the help..

edges are insufficient to ID a proof, you probably have an uncirculated example since neither Philly or Denver made proof coins that year

Philadelphia did not mint any proof coins that year.
However, I would love to see a picture of your coin.

The proof dimes were from San Francisco, not Philly that year. "S" mints were proofs. Note the differences on the strike on both side by side?
