Ok opened up a bank roll and found a couple of pennies with silver colored spots and I figured someone could teach me something new about this. 2 spots ine under abe's bust and one on the L in liberty (obverse only)

Can't really tell from the pics, see if you can get some clearer closeups. It may be the zinc showing through.

Not a good thing as when the zinc get oxygen, then the zinc starts to rot. Just spenders. In time they will break down faster.

Do you know how hard it is for a guy who only has 7 fingers to take a picture?!? Nah, I'm just kidding. I'll try and get some better pics if you want but it will be 9pm est before I can do it. Anyhow I'm sure this is now just missing copper plating on the Planchet. So I'm not worried about anything further.

On the other side I saw spots of the cleaning solution (the round white). Mean on the spot you ask was an small hole in the plating and the cleaning solution react with the zinc. This reaction it is irreversible. Just spend, nothing to do for.
