Correct. When you look at the left side of the devices:
1. All are affected on the outer/inside areas of the devices.
2. Not on the images they angle is a 90 from the push of the machine after the strike.
3. Note the contour was removed off one side if the devices. A sure clue of Machine Doubling.
Here are a few examples of Machine Doubling on Liberty:

4. There is no evidence of hub doubling of the die. A doubled die only comes from a Doubled Die. This will show a spread on the devices on the center area, making the devices wider/taller/distorted. You coin is not showing any of these events on it, except Machine Doubling. You are correct. What would you expect to see on a doubled die on Liberty?

On the Wheat cents we often see a swoop on the lower SW part on Liberty. Note how much wider the devices are on the doubled die?

Note the wider devices on the example below:

So expect to see a widening of the devices on a doubled die. This last one is showing the devices a bit taller also. While on Machine Doubling, the contour will be removed. Hope this helps a bit more on your searches.

Yes it is a pic of my scope.

Thank you for the info!

I will likely still ask because it can be a little tricky.
