Please Explain How This Is Die Deterioration Or Machine Doubling

I have not, as of yet, found an example of this anywhere that shows this is Die Deterioration or Machine Doubling.
Someone on this site told me that this is die deterioration/machine doubling. I would be very grateful for a link that would help me understand if this is the case.

Looks like die wear next to the rim area. (but minor) Note how flat the fields appear to be. So they die was recently polished before your coin was struck. The devices will be a bot shorter than normal because of the field reduction. By the feathers on the arrow area, looks like Feeder Finger Damage that they tried to remove from the die. Thus my first observation is correct about the polishing. Not a premium for the coin unless it is a silver coin. Just die events that happened before your coin was struck.
