2019-Silver-Eagle-Misaligned-Die-Obverse?
Is this a misaligned die obverse?
Why is the reverse different?
Is there any added value for this error?

Not a real coin.
Looks like a silver round or fantasy coin.

I think these were done intentionally by Daniel Carr & the moonlight mint so not an error, kinda cool though.

It is not a Silver Eagle,it is a silver round. Looks like it might have been encased in a bezel at one time?

I'm told it's been certified by ANACS as an authentic overstruck silver eagle

It is true that anacs / icg certify these But they are Daniel Carr "fantasy" coins that are overstruck on real ASE's, Just look up daniel carr Misaligned Eagle. They are worth a pretty good premium over silver value as with most Daniel Carr Pieces.

Technically, they are overstruck on genuine ASE's, which would explain the certification from ANACS.

ebay suggests sold prices in the $150 - $200 range are commonly achieved.

it is done my him, Daniel Carrs mint is "moonlight mint", theres a crescent moon on the reverse by the eagles tailfeathers. it could be a copy, but I'd think it's legit.

it's die pair 21, struck offcenter intentionally, 1120 were struck, produced in April of 2021.

Nice get, it's a keeper and certainly not just bullion melt!

Thanks Big-Kingdom. I just thought it was cool looking and I paid melt value times 2. Sounds like it could bring more than that though.
Thanks again. RP
