I wonder if when the material for the planchette was produced if that area didn't combine properly. Due to a contaminate. I was unable to reproduce a spot close with what I have available at hand. So if there is Machine Doubling it will be on the opposite sides of the devices on the coin. This had nothing to do with the grease on the die issue. So there can be more than one thing happening with your coin. None adds a premium for this coin. The Nickel I also posted where it is so close to a "In God We rust" coin looks like the Sphinx with no nose. May have as much value as pink camo in the woods. People like what people like.
