Not seeing doubled die features, but do see a very nice '58 cent. Would that be a feeder finger issue just behind Abe's neck?

Several things it is, but the one thing it is not, a doubled die.
1. Nice BU coin
2. Die is showing some wear.
3. Looks like the tops of the devices in question took a minor hit on those areas.
4. The bottoms of the devices in question are showing Machine Doubling on the bottoms of those two devices.

On a doubled die devices would show evidence of hub doubling on the die. The thing you look for is spread on the devices. Yours are normal sized, but with the bump on the tops of the devices, that is what you are seeing. On the Big DDO for this year, you see a huge spread on the motto devices:
