Hey guys,

The mint mark on this coin looks like an "O" which is impossible.to your opinion, a weak punch or inverted? Thanks in advance

You has type 3 of the mint mark. It is normal.

May have been a affected with a die polishing on that area. Note the que and ribbon are weaker?
