1981 D Jefferson Nickel Misaligned?

Morph Valued Member United States 99 Posts	Posted 03/22/2022 1:50 pm The reverse of the coin has rings around the inside of the rim and several areas of the coin seem to be misaligned I was thinking of Machine Doubling but am just not sure on this one. all of the reverse seems to be off just a bit to the right side of the coin.
