I am trying to understand the differences between these two 1971 S proof Lincoln Cents. I know usually one coin per thread but since this is a comparison hopefully this will be ok. The first cent seems to have more detail on the outside of bowtie, a line down the throat to the bowtie, less detail on the vest and a smooth underside of lower jaw. (Also a possible RPM.)

The next one seems to have a beard on underside of bottom jaw, more detail on vest, less detail on bowtie. So my questions are..
#1-Is the first one considered the re-engraved bowtie?
#2-Are both considered strengthened lower throats
#3-Or are they both completely normal just from different dies. I have been looking at Variety vista design varieties and am trying to figure out what is normal. Thanks for any help in advance.
