Found this 1941 wheat while cherry picking. Any ideas if this occurred while minting or during circulation. Is there any added value? I thaught it was pretty cool even if it's not worth much.

Even with the out of focus photos you can tell it is damage.
You can't have a coin struck in collar that is out of round
unless it was double struck

Super cool! Looks like it started going through one of those penny presser machines. The ones that make it an oval with some design on it. I guess someone stopped it right as it started to press it.
