I'd call this MS61, likely PL. guessing ANACS said MS62 PL.

I will say ms62pl and hopefully thats a struck through.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

MS62PL details. I dont think they can give it a pass with that crater right near the sweat spot. the eye is drawn there immediately

That's a DMPL in the old white holders today probably a MS61PL does look like a strike though to me as well, likely a small piece of wood chip from the box the dies were kept in. They kept the dies slathered in grease to prevent corrosion on them. They often still retained some of the grease after they were wiped off and being quite sticky easy to understand how a tiny splinter of wood could end up on the die surface.

Looks correct as far as the 62. That looked like a strike through to me.
I thought PL but its hard to tell from pics if its PL or DMPL often.
