The type 2 clash is only a guess but does resemble them. It says they (Mad Die Clashes) are suspending submissions for at least one year but do not know when this was posted. Maybe try contacting them. Whatever you have there is very interesting. Maybe if someone here can contact Mike Diamond, he can shed some light on this.

These are contact marks from the obverse of another cent. It's not an error.

thank you all for your input, it appears it is counter clash type 2, it is not contact mark or die gouge or dropped letter, it is raised and it is IB just the B is not complete. again thank for the input.

Nice images but I'm with Mike and the others saying PSD on this one.

The shadows in your images seem to indicate these are incuse, not raised. The possibility of two dropped letters falling perfectly into alignment are about nil.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
