He allows 14 day returns and says in the description that it's a replica. It seems overpriced for a replica - that's where the gouging is going on....

ebay has at least 2 reasons to remove it: 1. Listed as NGC MS-63 BUT doesn't show the slab/label. That's against ebay's rules. (Obviously the coin isn't slabbed.) 2. The coin is not marked COPY. There may be more violations; I just can't think of them at the moment.
