@air, that is quite interesting. I don't know anything about these tokens, but I wonder if that central knock-out was performed on the as-struck coins with no indexing to a particular spot. In that case, the fact that you have a couple which are pretty close in rotation is what would be most interesting. If you know more about how these were manufactured, then please share that information. Thx.

Info on these is quite scarce other than what is on Google. Not sure how they were made etc etc. Would love to know myself.
