A bit of an uneven strike. There is more detail in the hair than I would expect, but a bit less detail in the cap. The obverse looks VF-35. The reverse, though, has too much detail for a 35. My hunch is a bourse floor EF-40, with a strike that is a tad soft.

the remaining detail to me looks better than VF. when looking at the obv it appears that the right side of the coin is struck up better than the left. the stars and denticles are much more defined. LIBERTY and the Cap have more details than a VF coin. the reverse details look AU with the sharpness of the neck feathers, shield and feathers on the talons. I think the coin can make XF45. does it grade straight? I think it might
