Stumbled upon these on ebay.

2017 America's Founding Fathers Currency set $1 and $2 matching serial numbers.

Best I can tell the 2017 set is the only year with both notes coming from the same series (2013) and the same federal reserve (NY).

I think that makes them much cooler.

Cool set. The 2015 Founding Fathers set also used matching serial numbers on matching districts (New York).

I noticed you referenced the US MINT. These all come from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Coins are minted and paper is printed.

I fixed my post Steve,Bureau of Engraving and Printing is correct.
That's what I get for copy and pasting the sellers listing.

The 1963 $2 red star is from a pair of consecutives, ran out of room on the 3 note page.
Going to fix that shortly when I make a 4 note page for them with my 28 and 53.

That's better.

I chose a 63 star to differentiate the front from the 53,and happened into the pair.
I plan to do the same with my $5 reds, still need the 63 star.
