I see that this is definitely not 1st post on these so I'm not trying to find out if I have some new unheard of priceless coin. Especially considering the condition. I simply want to know if they are real or fake though obviously I won't turn down learning anything you might have to say about them. I don't care if they're in the negative in value or a billion dollar coin. To be honest I'd love to have coins of that age. I mean the oldest coin in my possession is a 1918 penny that belonged to my stepdad til I got them when he passed. Thing is I once bought coins, I believe Chinese but not 100% , from a coin show they had at the coliseum. And then discovered they we're fake a long time later.

So between previous fake coins and how I came to get these I'm a little leery about believing they are real. I mean hanging from a purse strap string that you tossed on a trash pile while cleaning out and purging all the junk we've collected over the yearss isn't screaming ancient coin over here. More like replica of ancient coin over here lol. almost left them in trash pile but finally went and got scissors to cut them off. If they are real I will be so happy I did thank you for any help you might have. I tried researching them and believe it's a match to the qianlong coins though I gave up trying to figure out how to narrow down the year. Actually found a post here with same coin, I think it was like 10 years ago, had a comment from someone named SAP ? had me hoping this person still uses this site as they seemed to know alot about them

I didn't take time to pin down the exact catalog number, but in general, these coins are worth very little.
Someone else may offer a catalog number.
Mabye worth a dollar or two. No reason why they should be faked since they are so common.
They are from 1736-1796

Thank you for answering Albert. I agree that it's not likely to waste time and money forging a cheap coin but as my husband pointed out you'd probably get away with faking ones five s and 10s longer than 100s in us money so....but yes I knew the other things. That's why I posted it as qianlong I thoughtthat was the right period, if I'm wrong I'm so sorry. but I knew the 1736-96 and that they're not valuable. Trust me I didn't hold hope of making it rich. I truly just LOVE the thought of having coins that old. Also I can just see
me showing someone them so excited just for them to say are you stupid or something these are fake. Kinda the way the coin guy looked at me with the fake coins I bought at show....Theree were just other things this SAP person was identifying and I'd like to know more.
