nfine Pillar of the Community United States 3472 Posts	Posted 04/18/2022 11:41 pm Over mintmarks ended long before 1990. The thin copper plating has split around the D mintmark exposing the zinc below to the air and zinc rot has set in. Report this Post to the Staff
