@josh, I wonder if the doubling on IGWT isn't DDD—that is typically the case when the doubling is biased toward the rim like this.

Looks like die wear. On a doubled die, the spread is seen on the centers of the devices, not on the outside/inside edges of the devices. When you look on the outside/inside edges, it is usually Machine Doubling or a die wear issue that affected the coin. Never a plus for the coin. Either a striking event or a die wear event. Neither have a premium. Just knowing what it is, is the addition of knowledge. Move on to the next coin when you see this. (And don't look on the outer edges of devices. Look at the centers of the devices to find a doubled die.)
