Looks like a fold over metal issue? What is the weight? If it is normal to plus a little, it might be a struck through debris. If it is slightly under, it might be a lamination issue. I'm leaning more towards the struck through debris issue.

nice lam. I think it came loose just after the strike though as it covers the devices above the head.

I'm leaning towards what coop said. Unfortunately I didn't think to weigh it and then post. Lesson learned. I'll try to remember that for next time.
It does make sense though. With that much missing it would weigh less.
