Is this a S over D? If so is it worth anything?

From the photo I can not see. If it is a proof could not be S over D and same if it is Denver no D over S In the both cases it is other thing. Please post full coin photos.

Can you try and get a picture with reduced shading and glare? It can't be an OMM and didn't seem to me to be s/s, the area the looks like a D dosnt seem to match up with a second S mint mark unless there is a rotation on one of the s mint marks. I don't know a whole lot about the rpms for each year so others can probably help more but I would need better pictures.

With the new pictures I want to say partially filled MM rather then an RPM but still no expert on those varieties.

Just die wear. Note the '8' is showing the same thing. Not a mintmark issue, but a die issue with die wear showing on that area.

How is die wear if it's going in a figure 8 shape? Nothing is pushed or slided, I'll post a better clear picture for you.

Note on the first image. You can see the same thing on the mintmark and on the date on that digit. It is just die wear.
