found it in change fronts a little off flip it around though it's missing the letter u in usu apart of the eplu bri usu num I haven't seen anything to say it's due to post mint damage
@rshea, what I am seeing with this dime is a slight MAD on the front, moderate circulation wear, and perhaps some Struck Through Grease causing a lightness of strike.

Just a MAD dime (as mentioned) which is very common on dimes. Grease Filled Die on reverse of the 'U'. Otherwise damaged and worn. Time to put it back to work.
